Facial Cove Policies
To ensure every guest enjoys a serene, uninterrupted experience, please review our policies:
Booking & Payment
- All services require a credit or debit card on file to secure your appointment.
- We accept cash, but do not have a register on-site, so please bring exact change. Even with cash, a card on file is required to secure an appointment.
Cancellations, Late Arrivals, & Missed Appointments
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service.
- Late arrivals over 15 minutes will be considered a no-show. If you know you will be late, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Missed appointments (no-shows) will incur a 100% fee of the scheduled service.
Emergencies
- We understand that life happens. If you have an emergency and need to reschedule, please contact us directly via text at (253) 525-1675. Text is the best method since we are with clients most of the day.
Refund Policy
- Facial Cove does not offer refunds for services that have been fulfilled or for cancellation/no-show fees. This ensures respect for both our staff and other clients.
Age Policy
- Guests must be 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent. Please contact us directly with any questions regarding our teen policy.
